Johan started with In2Structures in 2004 as the Workshop Manager. Bringing his previous staging experience at Gearhouse to bear, Johan soon earned his place in the company as the Site Manager.

Otto is the founder of In2structures, which was started as a Rock n Roll lighting supplier in 1985. After identifying a gap in the industry, Otto saw an opportunity for In2structures to focus on the design, manufacture and rental of custom structures as well as staging.
